Leadership and Skills Development Program Mission

The mission of the TriUnity Strategies Leadership and Skills Development Program is to create a proven and differentiated pathway for people of any cultural or socio-economic background to learn and achieve success as they define it

TriUnity believes that all individuals are capable of tremendous creative expression. Life can be complicated, sometimes creating challenging situations for people. It can be hard for individuals, who have a lot working against them, to find a path they can walk to overcome what they are facing.

TriUnity Strategies Leadership and Skills Development Program will provide a pathway for the following groups to achieve their dreams:

• Individuals who felt out of place or unsuccessful in traditional grade school or college
• Single parents with limited time for additional education
• Individuals with busy work schedules that prevent them from engaging in traditional education
• Individuals who feel they’ve been in on one pathway for too long and are unsure how to make a change
• Individuals who have an experience gap and are looking to continue their journey
• Current adult students looking to develop skills in order to acquire their dream job
• Individuals looking to transition into a related or different field or focus
• Individuals who are life long learners and have a passion for community
• Individuals who are driven by the entrepreneurial spirit
